Due to the corona virus and safe social distancing requirements, the process to renew your Phoenix Neighborhood Patrol (PNP) badge is as follows:
- Send an email to Brian Kornegor at (pnp.coordinator@phoenix.gov) requesting the PNP Renewal from.
- Fill-out and return the signed form.
- Email the completed form or snail-mail it to the address on the form.
This allows the Phoenix PD to update its records and make certain they have a signed rules form from everyone. Once Brian has the form a new badge will be mailed out.
