I hope this note finds you well. My name is Carter, and I am the host for the short-term rental at 4445 E Sharon Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85032.
We have a zero tolerance for party houses. In fact, in addition to screening each potential guest to the best of our ability, we have noise monitoring systems inside each home. We know the moment that noise begins to reach a level that may be disturbing to the neighbors. We want our guests to vacation and enjoy all the things we all love about Arizona, but we do not want their vacation to disturb your daily life. As a house rule, our quiet hours are from 10 pm — 9 am.
We also implement other policies designed to protect the integrity of the home and neighborhood alike, such as proper maintenance of the property.
