The City of Phoenix announced Tuesday, November 16, the launch of a new service through an app called ‘MyPHX311‘ that allows residents to pay their City Services Bill, report quality-of-life issues and request city services.
“The City of Phoenix is constantly innovating to best serve our residents. This app will allow for quicker, more efficient service to meet the needs of every Phoenician. I’m proud our city listens to our residents and adapts to the changing environment to allow for flexible, creative solutions,” said Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego.
The new mobile app is a compliment to the recently upgraded version “PHX At Your Service” web portal (now Phoenix.gov/myPHX311). The myPHX311 app is optimized for smartphones but can also be used on tablets as well. With this new digital interactive experience, citizens can send reports directly to the City’s website. The app allows community members to provide city staff with pictures, videos, descriptions and the location when reporting an issue.
The MyPHX311 app can be downloaded from the Apple Store and Google Play.
